Built from earth bound materials like wood and stone on a mountain side at the southeastern edge of the Chania Prefecture,our four villas offer luxury combined with traditional elements.
   Each of the four Villas, offers a unique view of the mountain side for a number of guest, varying from 2 to 6 persons. Stairways and stone paved paths lead to each villa's porch or terrace, where you can relax with an aspiring view of the mountain side, the nearby gorge and the sea.
   There is also a very lovely pool, overseeing the mountain side at the opposite side of the gorge. Mountain and Sea Vacations at the same time!
   Velanos is named after the tree "Velanidia" (oak). One such tree is the oldest guest of our villas, for over 2000 years !
